Groups announced

Paul has sent out an email wit the groups for each project.


I have been assigned the Imp project which Iwas hoping for as I realy want to do some nice 3d animation with a character and thought this one would suit me, luckily Paul let me.


My team is made up of 6 of us and we are allgiven initial job titles:

2d artist Erica Rosie

Modeller Liam Kirkman

Modeller Martyna Valentaite

Animator Aaron Marsh

Compositing/ lighting Hollie Steptoe

3D generalist - Samuel Fendley

Chosen idea: Legend of the Imp (modern twist?) -

Suggested theme: Warm: Reds/ black, white, upbeat/ comedic?
I am quite happy with the mix of skills in the group, I have worked with Liam before in last years project and he was a bit lazy so I'm hoping he'l be more motivated this year. I'm not to confident about having Sam as I know he's never in, but I'll see how he gets on. Also i'm not too confident on what Martyna can do as Iv'e not realy seen allot of her work,so I look forwrd to seing how she gets on. Other than that I know my group is quite a talented group, so hopefully we can make something very nice.

We have been given a week to think up and stoyboard an idea, and as the was no specific story for the imp we ar at a slight disadvantage of having to think up a story between us fo scratch, but atleast doing it as a group will make us all happy as it's more of a mutuly agrred idea rather than having to work on one person's.
